How do I place an order?
Browse our collection and select your size, then proceed to checkout. For custom-made garments, please submit accurate measurements at checkout—our team is happy to guide you if you need help.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once production has started (especially for custom orders), changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos. Items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, in original packaging, and show no signs of perfume, stains, washing, or alterations. Items that don't meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Made to Order Policy
Every piece is made exclusively for you, crafted to your selected size or submitted measurements after your order is placed. As each item is produced on demand, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order is confirmed.
We kindly ask that you review your measurements carefully before placing your order. Our team is available to assist you prior to production — please don't hesitate to reach out.
